Mr. Sagnik Bhattacharya ... for the State-respondent(s) Re The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that inspite of specific directions upon the police authorities under Section 151 of the CPC in connection with TS 400 of 2025, no steps are being taken by the police authorities. According to the petitioners, there have been continuous interferences at the behest of the private respondents for which they apprehend that they may be dispossessed from their property.

Learned advocate for the State submits that a civil suit is pending between the petitioners and the private

respondents.

Be that as it may, for breaching of the civil court's order, it would be the duty of the civil court concerned to pass necessary directions. The police authorities would only oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16323 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
