Statements of witnesses particularly the minor victims show that the petitioner was involved in subjecting them to prostitution and sexual exploitation. In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
