This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 502/2010 (TR 63/2010) under Sections 14(2), 14A(1), 14A(2) of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 read with para 76© of the EPF Scheme, 1952.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
