The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12th May, 2022 wherein harsher conditions were imposed by the Learned Executive Magistrate in connection with a proceeding under Section 110 of the Criminal Procedure in NGR(S) No. 367 of 2022. This Court in CRR 3465 of 2019 has laid down the guidelines for the bond to be imposed in respect of the provisions under Chapter VIII of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the judgment so delivered, the petitioner is granted liberty to point out the nature of the conditions which have been referred to in the said judgment before the Learned Executive Magistrate.

The Learned Executive Magistrate is directed to strictly follow the above conditions as has been referred in CRR 3465 of 2019.

This revisional application has been listed pursuant to the leave granted by this Court.

This Court directs Mr. Anwar Hossain and Ms. Debjani Saha, Learned Advocates, to represent the State, who ordinarily appears for the State.

Their appointments may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2692 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is subsequently disposed of.
