This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 07.05.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat in M.R. Case No. 63 of 2007 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
