1. The petitioner complains of violation of the order passed by the Court.

2. Learned advocate representing the Sub Divisional Officer, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas relies upon the order-sheets dated 17th February, 2025 and 28th February, 2025 wherefrom it appears that the order of the Court was duly considered and the same stood disposed of.

3. There is nothing on record to suggest that the order of the SDO was communicated to the petitioner. A copy of the said order has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner in Court today.

4. The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer.

5. The Court is of the opinion that the correctness and validity of the order cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
