Mr. Iftekar Munshi............for the Petitioner The petitioner and the respondent no.4 are neighbours in a locality under Baidyabati Municipality.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the air-conditioner unit of the respondent no.4 is placed in a way such that hot fumes etc. of the AC unit is being directly released on the petitioner's house. The petitioner claims that the fumes will cause serious health hazards to the petitioner's family.

The limited prayer in the application is for the Baidyabati Municipality to consider the petitioner's representations and come to a decision with regard to the conduct of the respondent no.4.

The representations annexed to the writ petition are of 4th June, 2019 and 26th July, 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner claims that the concerned respondent has not responded to any of the representations.

The respondent authorities being respondent nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner and take a decision on the same within a period of eight weeks from date and intimate such decision to the concerned parties within a week thereafter.

Needless to say, the decision will be taken after hearing all the concerned parties.

WPA 15468 of 2019 and the connected applications are disposed of by this order.
