The petitioner complains that the complaint lodged by him before the police authority against the private respondent has not been considered.

In the event no step has been taken by the police authority pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
