1. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of an electric connection to the premises of the petitioner.

2. On behalf of the WBSEDCL it is submitted that only after compliance with all necessary formalities and payment of all statutory charges would the petitioner be entitled to the above connection.

3. On behalf of the petitioner it is contended that though there are two existing meters the petitioner is entitled to a separate third electricity connection at the premises.

4. In view of the above, WPA/16340/2025 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to comply with all statutory formalities in order to avail of a separate electricity connection. In case of completion of all formalities, WBSEDCL will provide the petitioner with a separate electricity connection in accordance with law.
