Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Report is placed on record wherefrom it appears Sk. Khabir Ali son of late Sk. Mosaraf Hossain of Bhatpara and Sk. Khabiruddin son of late Sk. Mosaraf Hossain are one and the same person. There are materials connecting the petitioner with the alleged murder.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
