Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner on medical ground. However, on perusal of the document which is at page 16 of the writ petition it appears that on medical verification of the wife of the petitioner it was not found by the concerned Chief Medical Officer of Health that it is a "fit case" for transfer of the petitioner on medical ground. Due to adverse medical report prepared by the medical expert the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
