The petitioner submits that his representation dated 19th February, 2019 made before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, 24-Parganas (South)/ respondent no. 3 for de-requisition and/or to release the portion of the land in question and for mutation, has not been considered and disposed of till date. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Special Land Acquisition Officer, 24-Parganas (South)/respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 19th February, 2019 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties within twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Let it be recorded that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.

WPA 15472 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.)
