Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that now the trial Court framed charges and fixed dates for recording evidence of the prosecution. He submits that another co-accused was enlarged on bail by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the trial Court fixed three consecutive dates of recording of evidence of the prosecution. He submits that the petitioner cannot be said to be in the same footing as that of his mother who was granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench.

Considering the fact that the trial is in progress and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, in favour of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, we request the learned trial Court to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 7184 of 2021 is dismissed.
