According to the petitioner, the statement of the victim was never recorded but after the writ petition was preferred, date has been fixed for recording the statement of the victim before the learned Judicial Magistrate.

The petitioner's further grievance is that, in the meantime, the accused

persons have already granted bail.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) submits that they are not evading the process of law rather they are obeying the order passed by the court.

State has submitted a report which reflects that steps are being taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.8 submits that he is in judicial custody in connection with the instant case.

Having considered that the case was registered on 24.05.2025, I direct that the police authorities would inform the defacto-complainant regarding the progress of the investigation after the period of 90 days is over. However, this will not take away the right of the defacto-complaiant.

In case, she is aggrieved with the order of bail, she would approach the statutory

court with necessary prayers.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16330 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
