Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of directions passed in T.S. No.589 of 2025, the private respondents are violating the order and in spite of informing the police authorities, no steps are being taken.

Learned advocate for the State, on the contrary, submits that police authorities have conducted an enquiry and there has been no obstruction, dispossession or change in the nature and character of the schedule property, as such, the police authorities did not find it fit and proper to interfere.

In case petitioner is of the view that there has been a specific breach of the order passed by the civil court, petitioner would bring it to the notice of

the civil court. Since there are sufficient provisions in the Civil Procedure Code, learned Civil Judge will pass necessary directions for enforcing its order. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16585 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
