It is further submitted there is inordinate delay in trial. Accordingly, he prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits delay is due to abscondence of co-accused. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has been identified as one of the miscreants in the Test Identification Parade. Delay is due to abscondence of co-accused. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
