This Court is informed that the Investigating officer was examined in chief on 26th August, 2025 and since some fresh documents were produced in evidence by the said witness, learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment to peruse the said documents and cross-examine the witness.

On merits, the petitioner does not deserve a favourable order at this stage. Trial is on the verge of completion. Prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The application for bail is disposed of.
