It appears therefrom that unauthorized construction has been detected.

The Pradhan is directed to forthwith forward the entire file relating to the subject construction to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer for taking further necessary steps in the matter.

It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. 5.

The contempt application is disposed of.

Contempt Rule stands discharged.
