It is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is against the impugned order of demolition of a shop room in question which is an appealable order and in view of this fact of availability of alternative remedy by way of statutory appeal, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same being, W.P.A. 17478 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.

However, the dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from availing the statutory appeal against the impugned demolition order in accordance with law. Let the instruction filed by Mr. Mukherjee be kept with the record.
