The petitioners allege violation of the direction passed in the order dated 6th September, 2022. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 25th January, 2024.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the alleged contemnor to comply the direction passed by the Court.
