1. In terms of the order of September 9, 2025, the petitioner's husband has been accordingly dealt with by the respondent no. 4 and the disciplinary proceedings, which have been initiated by him are in abeyance till the final outcome of the trial being faced by the said husband of the petitioner.

2. In terms of the afore-stated order of September 9, 2025, the disciplinary proceedings shall not be initiated till disposal of the trial, which is being faced by the petitioner's husband.

3. The petitioner and/or the respondent no. 7, the petitioner's husband, are granted liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court after the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the authorities is undertaken and is concluded, if so advised.

4. With the afore-stated direction, the writ petition and the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 are

disposed of.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
