Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State produced the report dated 29.4.2025 which discloses that the petitioner has more or less complied the conditions imposed in the said bail order. Let the report produced by the State be kept with the record. Having heard learned appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State the condition of bail order imposed vide order dated 11.7.2024 is modified only to the extent that the petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Lake Town Police Station once in a month, instead of twice in a week till further order. The application, being CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
