On my direction a copy of the revisional application has been served upon Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned advocate who usually appears for the State respondents.

On perusal of records and submission of the parties, I am of the view that the instant application is misconceived one because the nature of relief the petitioner is asking for is return of the passport which has been deposited as one of the terms and conditions of the order of bail and now the petitioner wants to dispose of this application by directing the learned Sessions Court concerned for return of his passport while appropriate remedy for the same is that the petitioner should approach the Court concerned by making an appropriate application who will consider the same strictly on merits and in accordance with law. Considering the fact, I am not inclined to entertain this application and grant any relief. However, dismissal of the revisional application will not prevent the petitioner for availing remedy as indicated above.

Accordingly, this revisional application being C.R.R. No.2227 of 2021 is dismissed.
