Mr. Kalyan Krishna Nandi ... Respondent No.6 (In Person). The petitioner, if she is aggrieved in respect of any act or action of the private respondent will bring it to the notice of the learned Judicial Magistrate or the concerned court which is in seisin of the criminal or the civil cases.

So far as the private respondent no.6 is concerned, the respondent no.6 has been granted police protection pursuant to court's order.

State has complied with the earlier orders.

In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any scope for interference in respect of the prayers advanced.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 16380 of 2025 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
