To that effect the petitioner has also written letter to the District Inspector of Schools, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat i.e. dated May 16, 2019.

Mr. Bari, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel appears for the respondent/State respectively.

Having heard the learned counsels and perusing the records, it is found proper to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the District Inspector of Schools Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated May 16, 2019 after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any other person as it may think fit and proper.

Let respondent/District Inspector of Schools, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat dispose of the representation of the petitioner as above, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order and pass a reasoned order, if not prayer of the petitioner is immediately allowed by him.

With the above observations and directions the writ petition being WPA 15516 of 2019 is disposed of.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents including the private respondents.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
