The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that two co-accused persons have been granted interim bail. 2.
The learned Counsel for the State, in opposing the prayer for bail, has submitted that the petitioner is a kingpin of a racket for cash for job and the custodial detention of the petitioner is necessary. 3.
Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and prima facie the FIR discloses the offence against the petitioner notwithstanding filing of charge-sheet, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.)
