Naimul Haque Maidul Islam Kayal .... for the respondent Nos. 3 & 4 In compliance with the direction passed by this Court on 15th November, 2021, learned counsel appearing for the Council produces Guidelines for transfer of primary teachers, which suggest that the petitioner may be transferred to 44 Soliadanga Jr. Basic School in the Murshidabad District. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is agreeable to the petitioner being transferred to this particular school.

In view of the position taken by the counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Council, WPA 17488 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above order.

The Council is thereby requested to take necessary steps for placing the petitioner in 44 Soliadanga Jr. Basic School, Murshidabad within two weeks from the date of this order as suggested by the Council.
