Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner and the report submitted by the State are taken on record. The victim lady is not represented despite service. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and is in custody for more than 100 days. Charge sheet has been submitted. His further detention is not required.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. The petitioner appears to be an occultist and allegedly molested the victim lady in the garb of offering her treatment. The petitioner has been implicated by the witnesses who have seen the victim lady escape from his clutches.

Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
