1. It is submitted by Ms. Piyali Sengupta, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that charge sheet has been submitted against all accused persons under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code on 7th February, 2024.

2. Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this application.

3. Hence, the contempt application is disposed of.

4. Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

5. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Instructions of the Officer-in-Charge, Bansdroni Police Station dated 20th March, 2025 addressed to the learned Govt. Pleader is taken on record.
