Sri Ratan Kumar Bhattacharyya Mr. Ivan Roy ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a Matrimonial Suit No.1893 of 2018, now pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court, at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

As per submission disclosed by the learned advocate for the petitioner/wife, that alimony application filed by the wife has already been withdrawn for the change of circumstances.

The matter is awaiting for submission of additional written statement, if any, responding to the proposed amendment filed by the petitioner/wife.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with .

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court, at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, in Matrimonial Suit No.1893 of 2018 is requested ensure expeditious disposal of the suit after causing disposal of the interlocutory application, if there be any, subject to the convenience and suitability of the court below, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unaviodable.

While endeavouring such exercise, the Matrimonial Suit may be disposed of expeditiously as possible, preferably before the end of June, 2023.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
