Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners are admittedly Bangadeshi nationals. They pray for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. The petitioners being admittedly Bangladeshi nationals, chance of their abscondence if released on bail at this stage cannot be ruled out. Prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
