Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her children are not looking after her and she has been subjected to immense mental trauma and at times physical torture also. To that effect, information was furnished to the police station and also an application was filed before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Uluberia, Howrah.

Mr. Tarak Karan, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police authorities on receipt of the information registered FIR and on conclusion of investigation submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Uluberia, Howrah has not been complied. There has been a

specific direction upon the Officer-in-Charge, Amta Police Station.

Accordingly, the Officer-in-Charge, Amta Police Station is directed that he would execute the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Uluberia, Howrah in letter and spirit and will ensure that the petitioner is entitled to peacefully enjoy her property. With the aforesaid observation, WPA 17287 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
