The petitioner is aggrieved that despite complaint addressed to the Pathar Pratima Police Station, South 24 Parganas, no steps have been taken to address his grievance.

The Pathar Pratima Police Station, South 24 Parganas, submits instructions dated 08.09.2022, addressed to the learned Government Pleader.

It appears that the prosecution has been submitted against the private respondents vide Pathar Pratima PS NCR No.

57/22 dated 25.04.2022 under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C.

In that view of the matter, this Court sees no inaction on the part of the Pathar Pratima Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The instructions of the Pathar Pratima Police Station, South 24 Parganas, dated 08.09.2022, is kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
