In view of the decision taken by the alleged contemnor, it appears that the order passed on 6th June, 2022 is complied with. However, learned advocate representing the applicant expressed dissatisfaction with regard to the order passed by the alleged contemnor on 19th December, 2024.

In view of the steps taken by the alleged contemnors, the contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 19th December, 2024, if so advised. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
