The learned advocates for the writ petitioner as well as respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were to file separate reports with regard to the status of the appeal pending before the Division Bench. However, the same has not been complied with. It appears that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the hearing of the instant writ petition.

The learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4/ C.S.T.C. is present.

Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
