Petitioner has challenged the continuance of Berhampore Police Station Case No.106 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020. The enclosures to the revisional application reflects the order-sheets upto the year 2020, FIR and the charge-sheet. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed along with the revisional application. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner intends to impress this Court upon certain factual circumstances relating to other cases.

Be that as it may, this Court is not inclined to interfere and the learned advocate lastly has prayed for not pressing the revisional application.

In view of the prayer so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 2565 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court only after consideration of charges are over and decided by the learned trial court.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
