2. The letter dated 12th February, 2025 addressed to Ms. Payel Shome, learned advocate on record for the appellant, is taken on record. It appears that the said notice was received on 14th February, 2025.

3. Under such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for default along with CAN 1 of 2024.
