An order of eviction passed under Section 5 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971, on August 07, 2002 is under challenge at the instance of an Association of the alleged occupants of the subject property. In view of availability of the alternative relief of appeal and also on the ground of limitation, WPA 16411 of 2025 is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
