It appears from the documents annexed to the writ petition and upon hearing the parties that the present issue is pending consideration in an earlier writ petition filed at the instance of the petitioner being WP No. 22653(W) of 2018.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that the earlier writ petition has been dismissed for default. Steps have been taken for restoration of the same.

In view of the above fact, the present writ petition on the selfsame cause of action cannot be entertained. The same stands dismissed.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
