It has been brought to the notice that due to inadvertence, the date in paragraph no.2 has wrongly been mentioned as >31.08.2009? instead of >11.01.2008? and the case number in paragraph 17 has wrongly been mentioned as >W.P.S.T. No. 812 of 2023? instead of >W.P.S.T. No. 160 of 2025?. 3.

The errors are not in dispute and apparent from the records.

We, therefore, direct that the date in paragraph 2 be read as >11.01.2008? instead of >31.08.2009? and the case number in paragraph 17 be read as >W.P.S.T. No. 160 of 2025? instead of >W.P.S.T. No. 812 of 2023?

The order stands modified accordingly.
