The police case is of July 23, 2020.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the proclamation prayer was made before the jurisdictional Court. He refers to the 164 statement of the victim. Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and considering the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3627 of 2022 is dismissed.
