Mr. Goutam Malik ... For the petitioner. The 3rd Court of learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) at Tamluk, District - Purba Medinipur, for the failure of the pre-emptor to deposit the entire consideration money of the disputed sale along with 10% interest thereon, by the order impugned, has dismissed an application under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 being J. Misc. Case No. (Pre-emption) 25 of 2020.

The said order, being appealable under Section 9 (6) of the said Act of 1955, the revisional application is not maintainable, C.O. 2397 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.

The learned advocate for the petitioner, however, is at liberty to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
