Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. The investigation of the case in connection with Shyampukur Police Station Case No.36 of 2023 is still continuing. Report reflects that no further information was furnished by the petitioner. There are no complaints from the police authorities that the accused/opposite party no.2 has violated any condition of the bail which has been granted. Having considered the circumstances and the present stage of the case, I am of the view that until and unless there are change of circumstances to the extent which may compel the police authorities for cancellation of bail or custody of the accused, at this stage no interference is called for by this Court. Accordingly, CRM (SB) 174 of 2023 is disposed of.

The investigating authorities will take the investigation to its logical conclusion and file the report under Section 173 of Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional court. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
