Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the injured recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read and the injury report which shows that the injury suffered due to assault by the petitioner is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
