For the O.P. no. 2 By this application, the petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by order No. 3 dated June 20, 2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge for post bail misconduct. It is claimed that the private opposite party is guilty of threatening the petitioner subsequent to the private opposite party being enlarged on anticipatory bail.

State and the private opposite party are represented. The Court is informed that the private opposite party made over the electronic equipment said to be containing the offensive materials to the Investigating Officer.

The private opposite party also affirmed an affidavit stating that there were no other electronic equipment in his possession containing any offensive materials as against the petitioner. The allegations of post bail misconduct remains unsubstantiated.

The private opposite party acted in terms of the order dated September 14, 2022 requiring the private opposite party to make over the electronic equipment.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail. CRM (DB) 2529 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
