The order dated September 5, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

In the 4th line of the paragraph no. 8 of the 3rd page of the said order, the expression 'entitled to ply for a permit' shall stand corrected to read as 'entitled to apply for permit'.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated September 5, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

5.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
