The report is filed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas dated 6th August, 2024 along with the communication which is received from the concerned CMOH, Basirhat Health District relating to medical verification of the petitioner for his transfer on medical ground, the said report is taken on record.

On perusal of the documents which are enclosed to the report of the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas, it appears that Superintendent, Basirhat District Hospital vide memo dated 5th August, 2024 communicated to the concerned CMOH that certain reports relating to medical verification of the

petitioner are awaited from the Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital, that being the reason the report on medical verification yet to be forwarded by the concerned CMOH to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas. In view of the aforesaid steps taken by the authorities relating to medical verification of the petitioner no purpose would be sub-served in keeping the writ petition pending and the same stands disposed of directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas to forward the transfer application to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission if report on medical verification justifies transfer of the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
