The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in Sessions Trial Case No. XXI of September, 1995 has proceeded to the stage of delivery of judgment and as such the instant revisional application has become infructuous.
The learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a written instruction that his client does not wish to proceed with the matter. A written instruction dated 20.02.2024 submitted before the court to that effect be kept on record.
Under the facts and circumstances, the instant criminal revesional application being CRR 2317 of 2012 is dismissed for non prosecution.
Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for due compliance.
