Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to statements recorded under Section 164 as well as Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the eye-witnesses.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the complicity of the petitioners in the incident and the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM 7216 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
