We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor. She alleges she was disturbed by the petitioner and thereafter on the fateful day she was ravished. Victim has not yet been examined.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
